For Unified Installed Products
e.If Unified installed your product, your repair may be covered under our Lifetime Installation Warranty, which covers all installation-related workmanship issues for as long as you own your home. It does not cover product defects. View our manufacturer’s warranty for product defects.
We’ll review your request, determine if the issue qualifies under warranty, and let you know the next steps.

For Non-Unified Installed Products
We also offer billable repairs for products that are either not covered under a warranty or were not installed by Unified. This includes windows, doors, and other exterior home features, with the exception of dormers.
What to expect:
- A small non-refundable inspection fee applies for all third-party billable repairs.
- If the repair can be completed, the inspection fee is applied toward the final cost.
- If the product cannot be repaired, the inspection fee is retained.
Please note that response times for non-Unified products may be longer.

What does the lifetime installation warranty cover?
Our warranty covers all installation-related workmanship issues for the life of your home ownership. It does not cover product defects (see manufacturer’s warranties for that).
How does the warranty transfer process work?
The original purchaser must contact us within 30 days before or after the home’s sale to transfer the warranty. A small administrative fee may apply.
What is the difference between Unified's warranty and manufacturer warranties?
Unified’s warranty covers labor and installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in the product itself, like window glass door paint, roofing shingles, or siding panels.
Are there any exclusions or limitations to the warranty?
Yes. Damage from acts of nature, improper use, or third-party alterations is not covered. See Warranty for full terms.
